UA Circle K highlights RIF with Luminaries Tradition

bildeLast Sunday, The University of Alabama Circle K Chapter of Circle K presented their 41st Annual Luminaries on the Quad in honor of Jean Dean RIF and to highlight childhood illiteracy. The Circle K Chapter placed more than 1750 luminaries around the quad in a celebration of the Christmas Season. These luminaries served as a reminder to hundreds of UA Students and Tuscaloosa residents that their were children around us each day in West Alabama that don’t even have a book in their home.
